Jessica Hische and Erik Marinovich are lettering fanatics and are pumped to help you on your way to becoming one too! In this full day intensive workshop, the 12 participants and hosts will work collaboratively to create a full vector alphabet by the end of the day. Through several rounds of group critiques and concentrated work sessions, the alphabet will evolve from idea to sketch to refined vector execution. This is a great workshop for beginning to intermediate level letterers that want to learn a lot about drawing type in a short amount of time. The workshop cost covers all analog supplies, dynamo donut and coffee breakfast, and fancy sandwich lunch. Participants must bring their own laptop with Adobe Illustrator installed. If you use a mouse or wacom tablet for vector drawing, bring that as well.
